Callista at 6 Months

Baby Callista came in again -- this time for her six-month portraits! What a cutie. This time her big sister was ready to have her pictures taken, too. Have I said how much I love my job? This is great! Here's the slideshow.

The Heyse Kids

We were surprised yesterday by a visit from our good friends, Scott and Bernadette. They moved to Texas a couple years ago and it had been a while since we'd seen them. Of course, we had to take their pictures so we did a short, little session with them. They were good sports about the whole process, despite being cranky from traveling.

Here's their slideshow.

Kelly and Allen

We had a great time getting to know Kelly and Allen last Friday. We met at the Park of Roses in Columbus for their engagement portraits and the light was incredible! There was a bit of a crowd but we managed to keep other folks out of the pictures.

Afterwards we headed over to Caribou Coffee to check out all the images. They turned out so well. Here's the slideshow of some of the photographs. As always, you can also click on the pictures to see the slideshow. Check them out and leave a comment, if you want.

Sara and Matt

We photographed Sara and Matt's engagement session yesterday. These two are so much in love you can just feel it. I can't wait to photograph their wedding at the end of September.

We had the pleasure of photographing on the Dublin Arts Center campus, which is this old house that's been renovated into a gallery. A big thank-you to them for letting us use their property.

Of course, there's a slideshow of a lot of the images.

Baby Kate

Baby Kate came in this afternoon for her 7-month portraits. She was so good. Usually we can get a good "crying" picture but she was too happy for any of that. I know her mom will love these. See the slideshow for more pictures.

And here's a collage I made:

OSP Indy

Last week we were able to take a couple days to go to Indianapolis with a great bunch of photographers. People came from as far away as Florida and Arizona to meet for some training and to get to know each other. We're all a part of the Open Source Photo forum. There have been a few OSP get-togethers over the years but this was the first one in this part of the country.

There were models hired for a bridal session and a fashion session. We didn't make it to the fashion session, but we were able to get to the kids' portrait session. There was also an engagement (!?) session in Indy's downtown. We didn't make that, either. Sorry, Candi.

We had a lot of fun, and would love to do something like it again. We made a lot of new friends and finally got to meet a bunch of folks in person.
