Sania and Mia

This morning Sania and Mia came in with their parents for some 1-year-old pictures (for Sania) and Spring pictures for both of them. Sania was a little fussy, but you'd never know it from the pictures.

They're both so adorable. Mia kept on wanting to steal the show, and Sania just wanted to be by herself. Luckily, our new teacups were a big hit with both of them. Make sure to watch the slideshow and leave a comment below.

Baby Bonanza 2007

Yesterday we had a booth at the First Annual Baby Bonanza in Columbus. It was down at the Aladdin Shrine Center near Easton. There were a lot more people there than we expected, which was great. People came from all over the Central Ohio area. There was a good mix of young, old, and everyone in-between. It was also great seeing some of "our" babies again. Especially when their pictures were hanging in the booth!

We were able to show off some of our new products and some interesting framing that our friend did. Everything was well-received -- especially our "year in portraits" baby book. The moms and grandmas just loved the little book. Our new bags and purses with pictures printed right on them were also a hit. We had a few specials going on and we're extending them to give people the opportunity to think about them for a while.

We were both exhausted at the end of the day, and pretty much just collapsed after we got home. We had a blast and we'll definitely be there again next year. If you missed the show, be sure to stop by soon to see everything that's new around here.

Audrey P

So, just as Audrey finished up her year in portraits, another Audrey comes in for her 3-month pictures. So, we'll call her Audrey P. She was a doll and so smiley. She had fallen asleep on the way over (all of a 2 mile drive) so I just had to take some "sleeping baby" pictures first.

Ashley

Another senior came in last week. This time it was Ashley. Her yearbook deadline is much later than most schools so the pictures weren't a priority. Gasp! Did I just say that? ;-) Anyway, we had a great time with her portraits.

Madeline at 12 Months

Well, this was Madeline's last session for her baby plan. There was some concern whether or not she'd still be in Columbus at this time, so we're really glad Daddy didn't get transferred somewhere else.

She was great. A little aprehensive at first, but then she warmed up beautifully. Go ahead and watch the slideshow. You know you want to. Leave a comment below!

Ryan

Today must be the day for Seniors. Here's another guy who came in late last week. I don't know why we're getting so many Seniors right now, but I'm not complaining. We met over at the park and then came here for some studio images.

Andrew

As I wrote in the last entry, these guys came in together for their senior portraits. We had photographed Andrew's family several months ago. His mom is the sister of the mother of two little girls who we've photographed in the past. Isn't it great how word-of-mouth adverstising works? I find it really interesting.

Anyway, since it was time for Andrew to get his Senior Portraits made (well, a little later than most folks) they came here.

Andy

Andy stopped by for his senior portraits last week. Yes, it's pretty late to be getting them, but the yearbook picture had to be done at a specific studio, so there wasn't much of a hurry for them. He came in with his friend, Andrew. It was pretty fun.

Audrey's First Birthday

Audrey was here for her 1-year portraits the other day. She (or, rather, her mom) had wanted to come in the previous week to get some pictures to give Daddy, but she was sick. It's just that time of year. She wasn't as into the cake as we'd hoped, but she still had fun getting Mommy all covered in icing.

Emmett's 6 month portraits

I'm getting to this a little later than normal, but I just have to post up some pictures of Emmett. He's now 6 months old and looking a little less like his brother, Owen, but you can still tell they're brothers in the eyes.

It seems like he was just in because he came back for his baby parts portraits in between the 3- and 6-month sessions.
