Woody at 3 months

Woody was here for his 3-month portraits the other day. You might remember his newborn portraits as Paul (Woody is his nickname)from a couple months ago. He's growing and is ready for the holidays in his cute sweater.His face is adorable on this next one.

Isabel and Zak

You may remember Isabel from a couple years ago. She now has a new brother, Zak.Look how much she's grown!
What a cute smile, too.
I love this one. That tongue is great.
And, of course, in the tub.
Isabel didn't quite fit, but she had some tubby-time, too.

NPCA School Pictures

Earlier this month we had the opportunity to photograph all the students at Northwest Presbyterian Christian Academy here in Dublin. These "picture days" are always a lot of fun -- and a lot of work. It was a crazy week and I had a blast!For Preschools portraits, we usually get their whole body in the picture as it gives you a better sense of their size than a "normal" head-and-shoulders school portrait.

Abby and Ella at 9 Months

For Abby's and Ella's nine-month portraits, we decided to meet over at Franklin Park in Columbus. It's a beautiful park and on weekends there are a lot of people around. We managed to find some areas without too many distractions for the twins.They're walking, now, and so much bigger than the last time we saw them.
They have different personalities but you can definitely tell they're sisters by how they interact with each other.
I love her look on this next one.
It was a beautiful setting with cute little girls.

Aiden at 4 Months

Aiden was back for his four-month portraits last week and he's really getting bigger.He's really into baseball. Or, at least, his family is.
Mom wanted a Fall theme, so we found some beautiful leaves.
And then the pumpkin costume. How cute is that?

Clara

See how cute Clara is. She was here last month for some 3-month portraits and was perfect to photograph.We were even able to do a "Little Parts" session (you'll see the composite at the end of this post). Here's a closeup of her face.
Then she fell asleep. So we took advantage of that and were able to capture some adorable "sleeping baby" portraits.

Christopher the Rockstar

Last month we asked for a model to use for some preschool portraits. We used our Facebook status to see if anyone would respond. There were a few responses and it worked out best for Christopher to come in.

We started out with what we needed for the preschool sample image:We then quickly went on to some more fun with the little Stratocaster.
And the little Fender amp.
He had so much fun -- especially since the amp was plugged in and he was making some awesome sounds.
He stopped after his fingers started hurting but not before we got some fantastic action shots. Be sure to see the slideshow for more.

Emmett is 3

Emmett was here last month for his three-year-old portraits. We've seen him grow from a tiny newborn to where he is today and it's always amazing to see how much changes through the years. He has a smile and a laugh that is infectious.He started out kind of sober and not very smiley -- but you'd never know it from the images.Be sure to see his slideshow for more of his portraits.

Ari and Max

You may remember Ari from last year at about this time. He's now two and has a baby brother named Max. You'll see more of Max in the coming months, as he's our newest member of our Baby's First Year plan.
This year's theme for Ari was golf. He's really into it and tries to play all the time. We had to keep an eye on him during the session with the walls and window. He was great, he only swung the club when (and where) we asked.
